[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]At the end of March 2016 the shell of the new production hall was completed. In this hall, with a floor area of almost 1500m2, ceramic moulds will be constructed and dried from 2017 onwards. The new building is located next to the foundry hall from 2009 where the ceramic moulds are cast in a fully automated process. The two process steps are optimally matched with each other so that a good logistics process is guaranteed.
The new building is needed to expand the capacity. Due to new orders and increasing demand from companies like Opel, Ford, Peugeot and Mercedes, even more engine and gearbox components need to be produced. By fully automating our production process the processing time for the ceramic process will be shortened and the flexibility increased. The CIREX production process is sustainable and environmentally friendly.
